FNW:
1. Bellwork: Compete Toxin first word activity.1. Create a slogan using the word Toxin. 2. Make a poster for display.
Instructional Time:
1. 1st 45 minutes of class students will complete Creepy Critters Technology presentations.
2. Last 40 minutes of class: students will work on remediation ServSafe packets and Chapter 5 Key Concept questions *use textbook* to find answers.
*Early Finishers will read a food borne outbreak/recall article and complete a magazine report form ( authors purpose, readers summary, readers opinion).
Closing: List two new things you learned about food borne illnesses.
