Family & Consumer Sciences

These courses are designed to examine and discuss the varies aspects of food and nutrition in our society. As well as, interrelationships with wellness are explored and the most common nutritional concerns, their relationship to food choices and health status and strategies to enhance well-being for human beings. ECE: The course addresses the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and behaviors associated with supporting and promoting optimal growth and development of infants and children.
