Instructional Plan:  1. Complete Direct Instruction on CTSO & Student Organization, Restaurant Segments/etiquette
-Check ICA Food History Packets
 2. Test Review: Challenge Envelopes & Envelope Please
- students will formulate challenging questions from Lesson 1, place in envelope. Envelopes are then passed out to students to answer.
- students will get envelope with test review material, provide an answer
-students will write 2 questions each for the test
3. Etiquette Hotline/Table Manners video with Film Review
