Instructional Plan: 1. Whole group reading: The challenges of Parenting textbook p. 211-212, revisit warmup responses and revise
2. Baby Budget: In pairs students will complete a baby budget investing the cost of having a baby for a year. *Share responses*- Whole group Baby Budget on the computer...class discussion (teen parenting)
3. Discuss homework assignment : Teen Parenting: Risks and Challenges p. 51-52
Closing Summarizer: Student response:
A parent never learns all the answers to the challenges of raising children. Agree or Disagree

Homework: Teen Parenting: Risks and Challenges, (Activitiy A, SAG) Students will interview a teen parent to find the answers to given questions p. 51-52 *Due Monday, October 10th*
