Directions:  Research the assigned food allergies or food intolerances.  Create an info-poster featuring the researched topic.  The info-poster will display/discuss, in your own words, all the information needed for your target audience (school mates) to make an informed decision on menu planning and food preparation.  Do not cut and paste from the internet.
