2. Mission Statement & Goal Activity ( PPT, index cards & colored contstruction paper)
3. Intro. Activity: Cuisine..after reading brief introduction of cuisine, they will describe their first experience with a new cuisine; by answering a few questions. They will share with the class.4. Video: The meaning of food: students will complete a 3-2-1 handout with the video.
