Opening Warm-up AND/OR Activator (highlight
one): Bellwork:
Understanding the Vegetarian Way. Students will describe their last three
meals. They will look at the different types of vegetarian eating styles described
in the chapter, they will identify which of these styles each dish would fit
into if any. Class will discuss their findings and give ideas for how they
could alter their meals to fit them into a vegetarian eating plan.

overview and several firsthand accounts of eating disorders. It discusses the reasons behind the disorders, how they
are treated and the damage they can do to the body.
