Warm Up: List three parts of the knife.
Instructional Plan: 1. Direct Instruction: Knife Safety PPT ~students will take notes
2. Students will complete "Kitchen Injuries" handout (TCP workbook p. 47)
3. Students will work on "Signs of Safety" handout (remediation)
4. TEST REVIEW: Lesson 2 Test [food safety, kitchen safety, knife safety] Game/activity.
-Slips of paper safe/not safe to be discussed~
