Warm Up: List three kitchen accidents.
Instructional Plan: 1. Complete Kitchen Accident Posters
2. Students will present posters to the class (teach the accident & safety measures)
3. Activity 4 Preparing for Safety Worksheet (Chapter 21): Students will explain how to prepare for and respond to accidents or emergencies in the kitchen.
