Instructional Plan: 1. Video: How Much Should I eat? Video Notes~ "I saw" & "I heard"
   2. After Lunch..Midterm Review~ Go through notes, assignments, class readings, and Q & A
    3. Nutrient Relay~Six Nutrient Groups: students will review 6 basic nutrients in relay format with worksheets in a group.
